Questo ristorante è assolutamente da provare se si passa da Nizza! Nel vecchio centro storico della città è un piccolo localino con una stanzetta adorabile al piano superiore. L'unica pecca se proprio vogliamo essere pignoli è che lo spazio è un po' stretto ma è assolutamente un particolare ignorabile considerando quanto si mangi bene in questo posto. I ragazzi che ci hanno servito sono stati deliziosi e davvero gentilissimi, ci hanno anche accompagnati nella scelta di un vino rosso buonissimo!

Bistronomique! La cassolette de porc cuit pendant 5h est incontournable. Les desserts sont juste assez sucrés mais pas trop. Bref un voyage dans la gastronomie au coeur de Nice

encore samedi soir (02/12) ou nous étions 6 dans la salle du haut.

les mets sont subtilement préparés et dressés.
pour ma part j'avais pris ce soir là le croque revisité à la truffe et l'inimitable tartare de boeuf.

encore une belle soirée gustative.

et en plus l'equipe est sympa ! que demander de plus ?
