The chef draws his inspiration from a classic cuisine that he modernizes to offer you original creations: Parsnip, hazelnut and truffle espuma soup, Warm carpaccio of pig's feet, Risotto with olives and pistou, Terrine of salmon and smoked eel, Fillet of beef, porcini mushroom sauce, Apple pie, Panna cotta. Je pourrais d'écrire toutes les raisons pour lesquelles vous devriez aller au Moulin Enchanté, mais le plus simple c'est juste d'y aller.
