Intimate and rustic decoration, bistro style in this Mill which declines a traditional and varied cuisine. The dishes are concocted with fresh products in accordance with the seasons. The chef draws his inspiration from a classic cuisine that he modernizes to offer you original creations: Parsnip, hazelnut and truffle espuma soup, Warm carpaccio of pig's feet, Risotto with olives and pistou, Terrine of salmon and smoked eel, Fillet of beef, porcini mushroom sauce, Apple pie, Panna cotta. The tradition is respected, as well as the welcome.

Had the pleasure of eating here twice while in Nice. First time in a larger group that sampled the daily menu. Second time just a nice dinner with my wife. Service, food, atmosphere all top notch. Owner is personable and goes above and beyond to ensure you have a great meal and a great experience.
