At L'Uzine, the culinary inspirations come from the Mediterranean and the conviviality is found in the atmosphere and the sharing of dishes. At noon, a nice formula in 2 or 3 times is proposed. In the evening, in a more muffled atmosphere with a nice subdued light and musicians during occasional events, you can enjoy beautiful gourmet starters or dishes to share like their succulent tuna akami mi-cuit served with a creamy risotto. An excellent authentic address ideally located in the port district.

Les cafés tièdes... Au moment de l'Addition beaucoup de table avec des bonbons pas la nôtre...? Ah ouiii et le Châteaubriant à 50€ tête avec 8 rigatonis chacun ...et quand la serveuse propose de mettre du rab c'est facturé 40€. Incroyable.
Je m'interroge sur les restaurateurs...
Alors oui peut-être bien qu'ils ne veulent pas qu'on revienne, qu'ils ont pas besoin de clientèle régulière mais quand même...un petit geste sur des belles tables ce n'est pas la folie comme demande.
Belle adresse avec une carte beaucoup plus abordable le midi...mais le soir ce n'est pas du tout commerçant et c'est cher.
J'y suis allé...une fois pas deux.

The bad experience I had are listed below:
1. First arrived than the clients around us, but served in the last, we waited for more than 25 minutes before being served.
2. We asked for one table available nearby the window, but refused. Instead, the clients just followed us had taken it. We haven’t got any explanation for that.
3. The glass is broken but still serves on table ( see picture)
4. I don’t know what happened to us, but the young blond man served us was with full of anger from the beginning.
5. The tables are too close to one another, the two guys nearby us were talking loudly, making me headache.
In short, the food is ok while the service needs to be improving as much as possible. Good luck to other tourists!
