At L'Uzine, the culinary inspirations come from the Mediterranean and the conviviality is found in the atmosphere and the sharing of dishes. At noon, a nice formula in 2 or 3 times is proposed. In the evening, in a more muffled atmosphere with a nice subdued light and musicians during occasional events, you can enjoy beautiful gourmet starters or dishes to share like their succulent tuna akami mi-cuit served with a creamy risotto.
