Am frühen Abend (Mittwoch) keine Reservierung notwendig. Das Essen und die Bedienung vorzüglich. (Eben französische Küche) Mehr Worte braucht es nicht.

On the rainiest day Nice has seen in a century, we ventured into Le Frog. Not the first time but the first time in a while. It’s tucked away near the theatre. Cosy inside. We kicked off with champagne, fois gras (home made) and onion soup (served with cheese smothered croutons). On the money. Steak frites (filet cooked a point with herb butter) and a prawn linguine nailed it. Mousse au chocolate finished the dance. It wasn’t cheap but it was a great Sunday lunch out of the rain. Recommended.

Nous y sommes allés à 3. Nous avons passé un super dîner les serveurs étaient super sympas et de bons conseils. Le repas était vraiment bon, nous n'étions pas déçus ; certes c'est un peu plus cher que d'autres restaurants mais ça vaut le coup !

Smaller but cozy restaurant. Snails as well as john dory with risotto were delicious. Service adequately fast. Prices similar to other restaurants in the area. Appetizer plus main course plus a glass of wine approx. €40. Recommended.

Plat du jour- roti de porc- excellent !
La salle était pleine à midi, alors pas de commentaires, c'est une adresse à connaître sur Nice pour bien manger

Un restaurant très classe avec des serveurs très professionnel, souriant élégant.
Des cuisses de grenouilles excellentes avec des plats du jour fabuleux.
Des prix très raisonnable.
Avec une carte très variée
Je recommande vivement ce restaurant.

depuis bien longtemps je n’ai pas mangé aussi fin et délicat
carte des vins très abordables

We had a fabulous meal at Le Frog. The staff were lovely and we loved the food. We went for the "traditional" foods with a great bottle of local/regional red - escargot, frog's legs, french onion soup, as well as the pork and vegetables (there were delicious) and creme brûlée to finish. The meal was delicious, we would absolutely go back!!

They accept us at 2:10pm while they are closing 2:30pm. We did not begged, they just accepted and said 'You should choose quickly' and we did. When the clock hits 2:30pm the staff started to make noises and do everything to make us uncomfortable. We decided to not drink our coffee in the menu at the end and excaped there. They just ruined a lovely experience for us. If they had just not accepted us, we would not disagree.

We enjoyed a scrumptious "business" lunch here. The meal was naturally gluten free, the price was excellent, and the service was good. Would definitely recommend.

Très bon cuisine, première fois que j'y vais, je me suis régalée. Un peu cher pour moi mais ça vaut vraiment le coup.
