CHEZ FREDDY
Restaurant offering copious and original dishes
Passionate about cooking, Freddy opened his first restaurant in 1987 after numerous apprenticeships with "great chefs". This very talented Nice man quickly specialised in aïoli and paella, recipes that he inherits from his family. His eponymous restaurant has become an instituton on the Cours Saleya in the heart of Vieux-Nice, over the years. On the à la carte menu: many kinds of aïoli, many types of paella directly served at table in typical plates, the unmissable bouillabaisse, the spaghettis with seafood as well as the daily catches of seafood from Île d'Oléron, meats, salads and pastas. The originality of the copious dishes, the quality of the taste and the presentation make the difference. We love the couteous and effective service, as well as the pleasant atmosphere with musical background.
