Dans un cadre raffiné, nous avons dégusté une cuisine plus que plaisante.
Patientoir (rillette de paleron de boeuf), amuse-bouche (terrine, espuma de romarin et purée de légume), entrée (salade de tourteau, asperges blanches), plat (cochon rôti, pommes pont neuf), pré-dessert et dessert verrine de pommes granny), une vrai soirée gastronomique.
Les assaisonnements sont justes, les cuissons parfaites, l'inventivité est au rendez vous pour un rapport qualité prix plus que bon.
Le service est soigné et attentionné.
Un petit plus, on ne voit plus beaucoup de travail en salle, des clients qui avaient commandé un turbot se sont vu proposer un filetage en salle par le maître d'hôtel. Toujours une animation qui fait son petit effet.

Rarement déçu, une cuisine assez inventive, des saveurs toujours présentes et cet automne, comment passer à coté du désert de saison, la glace à la girolle ! ! Une tuerie ! ! Le chef toujours présent en fin de repas, pas avare pour vous donner ses petits secrets de cuisson, bref, toujours un bon moment.
