At Gillou, the chef's cuisine is convivial and seasonal: so the menu changes very regularly! Taste, for example, the Cavaillon melon and its raw ham; cold soup of courgettes, coriander and pine nuts; the pollack in orange butter on its crushed potatoes and vegetables; the pork fillet mignon marinated with red peppers on its gratin with chard or even roasted lamb leg, green bean salad, tomatoes, endives and coriander… The room is small but cordial just like the dishes. The service is friendly and is done in good mood.
