La vue imprenable sur Nice: sa baie des Anges et ses collines est juste remarquable.
La déco est simple et épurée mais chic.
La cuisine niçoise y trouve sa place avec des petits détails comme l'huile d'olive vierge extra du Moulin de la Madeleine de Nice, qui fera découvrir la manière de manger sur la Côte d'Azur.
Un restaurant d'hôtel avec les prix un peu élevés qui y correspondent, bon mais sans originalité particulière.
