Simple dishes at Bistrot du Fromager.
The infernal duo of the Bistrot du Fromager has struck again with this new unconventional address. In the former laundromat, whose facade has been preserved intact, Hugo and Grégoire have imagined a dining bar like a small epicurean's den. Sitting at the counter, we rediscover the taste of simple dishes from our childhood reinterpreted with accuracy: raw butter purée, fresh milk and meat juice; homemade rillons, lentil salad, radishes; homemade sausage, smoked leeks... Good atmosphere, light bill and biodynamic wine, of course!

Une très bonne adresse.
Les produits sont de très bonne qualité et cuisiné avec intelligence et justesse. Ribs et gratin de pâte excellent et la tarte au citron sublime entre autres. Le service aux petits soins avec de très bons conseils sur les vins.
On reviendra des que possible, dès que nos finances nous le permettront.
EDIT: I bit the bullet, used my card, had an excellent if overpriced meal, 2 weeks later, card cloned (I used single use virtual cards for online transactions so it was definitely cloned from their reservation system). I guess they realised as credit cards are no longer required, but I am pretty sure they are legally required to inform customers when their data is compromised.
