Restaurant offering bistro gastronomy and traditional dishes.

Warm decor and the unchanging charm of the great Parisian brasseries. The menu oscillates between bistro gastronomy and small traditional dishes: homemade grilled peppers, octopus salad, calamari a la plancha, grilled bass, black pudding with apples, veal escalope Milanese style, old-fashioned blanquette... As soon as winter returns, Marco the scaler, has been preparing for more than 30 years, succulent seafood platters, to taste on the spot or to take away: sea urchins fished of the day, shellfish and oysters delivered directly from Marennes Oleron... Déjeuner en famille, le 1er mai ! Très bon accueil, très agréable, et serviable, des plats de qualité et copieux. Mention spéciale à la carte des cocktails, d’excellente qualité. Excellent rapport qualité prix, une bonne adresse à garder !

La salle est grande et accueillante, Le personnel s'occupe de vous dès votre entrée et la carte est complète et variée. La cuisine est simple mais les plats ont du goût. La blanquette de veau avec sa polenta en plat du jour est bonne et l'assiette est copieuse. Pour terminer, l'ensemble est d'un bon rapport qualité-prix au regard de la prestation.

Very good food, quick and efficient service.
Baked Alaska (no ice cream, more like custard) was so good! The creamy polenta side is excellent.
Only caveat is to check your invoice (happy hour discount was not deducted).
