We welcome you at lunchtime for a tasty escape around the mère cuisine revisited: smoked salmon from Scotland to dry salt of Guérande, butter in the lemon of Nice; forest bowl and its onion conflict, mesclun; hazelnut of Japanese-baked tuna; veal steak "Return from Italy" to odawara odawara odawara à, Parmesan, mozza, Serrano and basil; jar of candied burrata and légumes mozzarella, mesclun and Serrano the local salad (duck magret, skipped potatoes, pignons, semi-baked fat, spices, truffle oil).
