En famille, quelques jours après Noël nous nous sommes offerts un déjeuner à la rotonde. Le service est agréable et discret, les mets tellement savoureux. Je recommande les spaghetti au Homard, une explosion de goûts. Le vol au vent aux riz de veau, succulent. Je pensais que les rations seraient petites mais tout était bien copieux. Nous allons revenir.

13 septembre - 2 appels téléphoniques : la veille, le matin, pour réserver et s'assurer qu'un menu du jour sera proposé le midi. Le jour dit, pas de menu du jour. Que faut il en penser ? que cet établissement se moque des clients et ne forme ou n'informe pas ses employés ? La communication dans l'établissement est à revoir. Un début de repas gâché par ce malentendu. Installés en terrasse, service à table très simple et un peu confus, on ne sait pas qui s'occupe de nous, 3 personnes se sont présentées, mais nous attendons tout de même une des assiettes (table de 6 personnes). Plats basiques et petite taille des portions. 2 morceaux de saumon gravlax de 7 cm sur 2 et de 1 cm d'épaisseur. Viande de porc ferme accompagnée de 5 dés de polenta.
Je ne recommande pas.
Un autre établissement nous a démontré ensuite que la poitrine de porc peut être un morceau très tendre et fondant.
