Located in the centre of Nice, 700 metres from the MAMAC and 2.8 km from the old fort of Mont Boron, this charming hotel proudly located in a bourgeois building classified as a Belle Époque building in 1915 offers an interesting geographical location close to all amenities: station, beaches, restaurants and shops. The rooms are decorated with refinement and all have air conditioning and a fully renovated bathroom or shower. The hotel has a major asset: a magnificent roof terrace, very pleasant on sunny days! Add to that a friendly and family atmosphere.... And that's it!

There's a reception area with seating and discs to leave luggage open most off the day, but not at night.
The balcony seated area is nice but they close it at night - I don't see why.
There's a supermarket nextdoor and lots of small independent shops in the immediate vicinity also. A 5 minute walk takes you to a main shopping street.
It's easy enough to get to the old part of Nice which is on the beach and has a buzzing little nightlife if you want it.
Basic, but ok if you're planning not to spend much time in your room.
Les moins : aucune isolation. Je pouvais comprendre mon voisin de chambre au téléphone. Petit déjeuner sans intérêt avec peu de choix.
