not a 5* hotel, when I was a guest and we asked for towels in SPA we were told to bring them from our room... so you have to dry yourself at the pool with chlorine and then use the same dirty / wet towel after the shower... the woman informed us she was busy with her emails and cannot help us... same thing when I wanted to put my drink on the room... needed to wait 10 minutes that a guy will finish his conversation on the phone... yesterday at the roof we got wine in a plastic glasses... plus when my friend finished smoking the cigarette the staff asked if they can take the astray and this dirty one they give to another client... there is only one and clients must share? I really liked this place but... the service is not at all 5*
