The classes are taught by Mathilde who has many strings to her bow: a professional respiratory physiotherapist, a certified yoga teacher, and a PhD in philosophy. Her vinyasa classes take place in a calm, almost hypnotic atmosphere and allow you to (re) connect to your body and mind through a very complete holistic practice: muscle strengthening, meditation, hypno-relaxation, flexibility, savasana and even philosophical reflection.
