Super conseils de la part du vendeur, j’ai acheter une trotinette électrique au magasin qui marche d’enfer!
Aillant eu un problème de batterie plusieurs mois après l’achat j’ai eu un SAV de qualité et rapide !

J’avais commandé du bois d’une certaine couleur et je l’ai eu d’une autre couleur, le vendeur me disait que cela correspondait à ma commande mais heureusement que j’avais gardé le mail avec ma demande mais avec la preuve que l’erreur venait de chez eux on ne pas proposer d’échange avec le bon produit ou de remboursement, du coup moi aussi j’ai dû aller chez le concurrent et enfin j’ai eu ce que je cherché
