ÉCOLE HÔTELIÈRE ET DE TOURISME PAUL AUGIER
Since 1914, this establishment located in the heart of the Arenas business district welcomes approximately 1,200 students, students, apprentices and interns every year. In 1993, the Hotel School took the name of Paul Augier in tribute to the former politician and owner of Hotel Negresco in Nice. It offers advanced technical (LAC) and professional (BAC Pro and BTS) technology with 3,000 m 2 of kitchen distributed in several workshops with high-end equipment that allows students to familiarize themselves with all the technologies currently used in professional environments. He prepares for various training courses in catering and hotel establishments - cook, hotel master, chef de rang… with additional mentions such as: sommelier, reception reception, caterer. Over the years, the tourism sector has moved into the school, which makes it possible to propose all the training in this sector.
