ÉCOLE HÔTELIÈRE ET DE TOURISME PAUL AUGIER

Since 1914, this establishment located in the heart of the Arenas business district welcomes approximately 1,200 students, students, apprentices and interns every year. In 1993, the Hotel School took the name of Paul Augier in tribute to the former politician and owner of Hotel Negresco in Nice. It offers advanced technical (LAC) and professional (BAC Pro and BTS) technology with 3,000 m ² of kitchen distributed in several workshops with high-end equipment that allows students to familiarize themselves with all the technologies currently used in professional environments.
