A true institution, guaranteeing local customs and customs, the Committee of Coming Traditions ensures the Continuation of the traditional feasts of the County of Nice: Feast of the Cougourdons, Procession of Vow, San Bertoumieù, Santa Reparada, or homage to Catherine Nissart. Every year he awards a prize for literature. In order to promote the Nice language and to exalt the various aspects of the County of Nice, he also organizes a great poetic competition to award a prize of poetry in the Nice language and a French language prize on subjects relating to Nice or his County.
