Located in the heart of Nice, Artisan DAQI was born in 2020 with a simple idea: to help you rediscover traditional cuisine with a touch of Nice panache! At Artisan DAQI, the idea is to combine tradition and curiosity by creatively revisiting the Panisse recipe. A wide range of savoury panisses are the perfect accompaniment to your most delicious meals. But that's not all! They've also thought of the little ones by creating sweet recipes: cocoa, orange blossom, lemon zest and many more! Their recipes are crunchy, delicate, innovative and, above all, a real treat for your taste buds. They adapt new recipes according to seasonal ingredients to sublimate flavors and tastes. You can currently find their products in restaurants in the Alpes Maritimes and in some supermarkets. Please note: panisses are organic, gluten-free and vegan. So treat yourself and take care of yourself at the same time!
