Since 1816, Maison Tosello manufactures and traditionally prepares fresh pasta by hand. Different varieties - a classic range and a more "haute-couture" version in local colours - are offered: daube ravioli with black olives, agnoletti with ricotta, basil and forest mushrooms, daube cannelloni or goat/mint tortelloni, spinach/goat, lasagnas and Roman gnocchi.
