MAISON BARALE
Known for all, Maison Barale has become an indispensable address in the Azurean capital over time. For several generations, this family of vermicelliers has made fresh pasta and ravioli in a traditional way, respecting pure tradition with unequaled know-how. Barale House offers Friday to Sunday (in addition to classical tagliatelles, with seiche or spinach ink, egg pasta, ravioli niçois and ricotta and gnocchis), six or seven new varieties of limited edition ravioli with repetitive retreats: raviolis lemon and ginger, rocket/pistachio, dried tomatoes/coriander, grilled/basil peppers… The reception is quality, and valuable advice is delivered on the preparation and cooking of the products. The store also has a fine grocery radius and a cheese radius with fine selections. A real pleasure!
