Since 1820 (i. e. more than two hundred years ago), this baroque house has passed its know-how from father to son and throne at the entrance of the Saleya course in front of the Opéra de Nice to delight lovers of chocolate and other confectionery such as candied fruits, orangettes, frozen marestas or… calissons. All ranges of products whose jams with various flavors (fishing, prune, bitter orange, figment, clementine) are manufactured in the greatest traditional tradition transmitted by the confectionery ancestors of the House Auer. The online shop is well done and offers you the possibility to order via the website.

Un magasin comme on en fait plus. Décoration d'un autre temps avec un charme fou. Très beau magasin, tres bons produits : les marrons ou fruits confits sont incontournables et les chocolats divins. Une vraie reference
