THE iconic Maitre Glacier in Vieux Nice since 1966, a must for locals and tourists alike. Their workshop in the hills above Nice has preserved the traditional techniques of ice-cream making, using only the finest ingredients. The ice creams and sorbets on offer come in almost a hundred flavors, ranging from the more classic to the more regional, such as tomato basil, chard pie, violet and orange blossom. If you're a tourist, there's a second address on rue de la Poissonnerie, 5 minutes away.

Un glacier incontournable. La file d'attente en dit long. Tous les gouts sont là et les glaces sont à base de fruits frais. A essayer.

One of the best glaciers of the region! Ice creams are also original (orange blossom, avocado, cactus, dragibus…) that delicious. There is much choice that you can only choose.

Le seul et unique glacier à faire à Nice! Une institution! Les sorbets au fruits frais (pastèque, figue, mandarine, etc.) sont excellents et que dire du citron meringué ;-)

The best glacier of Nice without hesitation, it is better to queue. The choice of flavours is impressive, with savoury and sweet ice cream. I advise you to go off the beaten track of traditional vanilla, chocolate and strawberry and to dare!
