CAVE DE LA TOUR
Barrels and chairs bistrot way outside, verlion facade and large slates display the old cellar spirit of this address, full of fine wines, champagnes and spirits since 1947. Early in the morning, the atmosphere reflects the art of living in the heart of the old town, while at noon, the local flavors of the local flavors (stockfist, stuffed capsins, daubs and its polenta…) and the few proposed entries are developed according to market products. The accents and eyelophiles are thus found around the crus from the near land: Bellet, Villars-sur-Var, Saint-Jeannet, Saint-Paul-de-Vence, the Abbey of Lérins.
