Formerly known for 12 years as Flavors and Anthocyanes, this magnificent wine cellar filled with wood traps full of 5,000 bottles of wine, beers, aperitifs and liqueurs, great wines and wines of small producers displayed at wise prices. But since the expansion work, the establishment is under the same name as the Blue Chair Gourmande, while retaining its two ambiances. Here, we choose its good wine and taste it on the spot in delicate leather armchairs, with some accompaniment to snack. And if hunger is felt, just pass on the blue chairs next door to taste the good niçois dishes!
