In the Augier family, vineyards are an ancestral tradition. It was the grandfather who, at the beginning of the last century, passed on passion to his descendants. At that time, he bought the vine of one hectare that was grown today by his granddaughter, Élise Augier. Vinification has been carried out since 1991 and every year approximately 4,000 award-winning bottles have been produced, quoted and converted into wine from the Alpes-Maritimes region for almost three years. White, with his yellow dress, golden, is to be discovered. The rosé is a summer wine. Red is particularly remarkable with its ruby, intense and deep color. A beautiful, authentic area.
