This castle overlooks the eponymous hill with a breathtaking view. After major renovation work on the building, extension and modernisation of the cellars, and rehabilitation of the vineyard, the estate has become a highly sought-after venue for receptions. Here, the rosés, with their wild rose scent, are made from a blend of Braquet, Cinsault and Grenache. They can be tasted during guided tours of the estate, the gardens, the vat room and the barrel cellar, with explanations of the grape varieties, the flavours and how to match them with dishes.
