A brasserie and a gourmet restaurant. On the brasserie side, sophisticated dishes emblematic of Mediterranean cuisine and based on local produce are served in a convivial setting, in the 120m2 dining room or on the large shaded terrace. The menu is renewed weekly. The two chefs, Thierry Molinengo and Frédéric Bogé, also concoct customized gastronomic menus, with their signature dishes at the L'Initial table.

Un magnifique moment culinaire ! De très belles découvertes gustatives ! Mention spéciale pour les sanguins au bleu et pour les ravioles de marcassin !???? et un dessert qui ravit les papilles et les yeux. Une très belle cave, des conseils avisés, un service excellent et chaleureux. Merci à Cathy, Guillaume, Frédéric et Thierry pour ce moment de partage.... Nous reviendrons en famille découvrir la table gastronomique !
