A brasserie and a gourmet restaurant. On the brasserie side, sophisticated dishes emblematic of Mediterranean cuisine and based on local produce are served in a convivial setting, in the 120m2 dining room or on the large shaded terrace. The menu is renewed weekly. The two chefs, Thierry Molinengo and Frédéric Bogé, also concoct customized gastronomic menus, with their signature dishes at the L'Initial table.

Very special place. It’s hard to find an experience this good in the area - including even Cannes. The team has a world-class culinary background and you can tell immediately after your first bite. It’s a great, quiet, intimate place where the chefs and owners come to sit and talk with you. You will very much remember this experience! Thank you, everyone I met today! :)
