Excellent début d'année pour mes papilles comme pour mon esprit; des plats simples mais succulents, agneau de 36 heures, foie gras maison, travers de porc trés bien assaisonnés, andouillette AAA d'une qualité rare avec une sauce moutarde à l'ancienne et purée maison, le tout avec un chanteur gospell qui connait sur le bout des ongles Barry White et Lionnel Ritchie, plus le sourire et la rapidité du service, un grand BRAVO!!!
