Friendly restaurant with terrace presenting a menu according to the seasons and the Chef's imagination, happy hour offered
Ecluse was renovated in summer 2015. Completely upgraded, the establishment is now more fashionable. The terrace along the river Siagne is now covered and air conditioned, and the large dining room has been completely refreshened. It is possible to drink a glass outside in the very cozy sofas and armchairs. It is Xavier Malandran, from Pégomas who is in the kitchens. The menu changes according to the seasons and the Chef doesn't lack imagination: There are tasty burgers, tartar or fish. The pastry chef offers desserts as refined as good. In the room, the team is smiling and always listens to your needs. It is also possible to organize private events such as anniversaries, baptisms or weddings. On Thursday evening, L 'Ecluse offers blind test evenings or concerts, with happy hour from 6 pm to 8pm. A successful new start!

Deuxième visite avril 2023 même constat pour les desserts et le vin ,ravioli à la daube très bon mais un peu juste niveau quantité.
