Mountain restaurant with terrace in Rimplas where to eat pizzas and dishes of the French and Nice cuisine.

Taken over in July 2021, Le Pous Café is a small mountain restaurant in the hilltop village of Rimplas. You will find traditional French and Nice cuisine (gnocchi, merda de cans, ravioli, daube...) as well as pizzas. The dishes are copious and everything is made on the spot with fresh products. A quality that has been rewarded: the chef has received the 2021-2022 label of the Nissarde cuisine! To crown it all, the setting is divine and you can even sit on the terrace on a small square next to the fountain. Don't forget to book!

Lieu de passage de randonneurs, faisant la publicité sur place pour les boissons à toute heure, effectivement le site est magnifique, nous sommes arrivé pour simplement prendre une collation à 13h après une randonnée sous le cagnard... l'accueil à été vite fait... nous sommes en plein service pas possible de servir 2 boissons... temps approximatif pour servir 2 boissons fraiche 2mn je pense... ok ???? message reçu... nous aurions pu déjeuné sur place après... je passe mon chemin
