LE RUCHER DES BAOUS
With its many hives, Jérôme Payen produces seven honeys: acacia and linden from Haute Vésubie, lavender and flowers from the Pre-Alps, rosemary from the Paillon hills (our favourite), all flowers, spring from Baous, spring scrub, and fir from Haute Vésubie. Gingerbread, pollen and royal jelly complete its offer. On sunny days, he organizes open hive days where he explains his work with great passion. Otherwise, you can also find it on different local markets: local and gastronomic markets, local festivals and fairs and festive markets on Sundays.
