This heavenly place, with a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean, offers a delicious menu, where local specialties are skilfully revisited by the three-starred chef Mauro Colagreco. The terroirs of Provence, Corsica and Liguria are honored, delicately enhanced with a contemporary touch. The restaurant also offers a delicious Tea Time, with pastries, chouquettes, hot drinks or champagne for a pure moment of relaxation.

Une vue exceptionnelle, un personnel extrêmement prévoyant (voiturier, accueil en salle, bar et restaurant) sont les premières qualités de ce restaurant. Les plats à la carte sont bien exécutés mais j’ai trouvé le menu de midi un peu en deçà de mes attentes. Dans l’ensemble le Riviera reste une expérience exceptionnelle tant la vue, l’ambiance et le professionnalisme du staff vous transporte dans un petit paradis.

The best view of Montecarlo, Roquebrune-Cap-Martin and even Ventimiglia on a clear day!! Food is great, with attentive staff. If you want to enjoy a great hotel, stay at The Maybourne Riviera brand new, amazing rooms, service and top class restaurants.

quel endroit féerique avec cette vue à couper le souffle !! Fabuleux emplacement que cet hôtel en pleine rénovation et qui sera splendide ! Le restaurant est magnifique avec une décoration épurée mais de toute beauté des tables en marbres en passant par les fauteuils bleus ainsi que les verres bleus …tout est superbe. Et l’enchantement continue au niveau des papilles avec le menu du jour: œufs brouillés truffes choux farcis et tiramisu tout était délicieux !! J’ai même eu le droit de changer mon entrée (car je ne mange pas d’œufs) donc pour moi carpaccio d’artichaut. Voilà une adresse à retenir! certes pas pour toutes les bourses même si le menu est très abordable (60€ entrée plat et dessert ) A noter : revenir pour le tea Time sur la terrasse les pieds dans le vide (ou presque!) Ou pour l’apéro… Bravo et merci Mr Colagreco

Visited this beautiful restaurant during the Monaco Yacht Show with some clients. Such breathtaking views over Monaco at night. The food was second to none. The steak was cooked to everyone's request. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was due to the service. It wasn't a busy night, but our waiter wasn't as attentive as he should've been. After receiving the champagne menu, the waiter didn't give any advice and just left. We had to call him back after 5 mins. Although the Somelier was excellent and knew his job! Then one of our party asked for mashed potatoes, but received roast potatoes. When we queried it, we were informed they didn't have any, and this should've been advised at the time of ordering. And lastly, we had to ask for more water for our table. Considering the total of our bill, this standard of service was very disappointing and should not have had to ask for more water. Nevertheless, we will return and hope the service staff have received guidance and training. Had a fantastic night and look forward to returning soon.
