Hotel residence facing the sea with apartments with terrace and affordable rates.

A well-maintained hotel residence wonderfully located facing the "big blue". The undeniable asset is the splendid view of the coast from Menton to Monaco. The apartments are divided into 3 buildings all facing south, with direct access to the beach. The establishment has a swimming pool with solarium. As for comfort, all the accommodations are fully equipped and have an individual terrace. Some of them have very nice volumes. To be recommended even in winter, if you wish to take advantage of very affordable rates for the region!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Bon appartement avec une vue splendide. Petit bémol , la chasse d'eau à réparer et filtre de la hôte à remplacer.

Ich hatte durch ein abgerostetes Blech im Garagenaufzug einen Schaden am Dach und der Hecktüre.
Nach 9 Monaten ist nun endlich dank ADAC und Anwalt und unter Androhung der Klage der Schaden durch die Versicherung beglichen worden.
Leider immer noch nicht ganz, es fehlen noch 200,- €
Schade dass sowas in Erinnerung bleibt.
