Hotel residence facing the sea with apartments with terrace and affordable rates.

A well-maintained hotel residence wonderfully located facing the "big blue". The undeniable asset is the splendid view of the coast from Menton to Monaco. The apartments are divided into 3 buildings all facing south, with direct access to the beach. The establishment has a swimming pool with solarium. As for comfort, all the accommodations are fully equipped and have an individual terrace. Some of them have very nice volumes. To be recommended even in winter, if you wish to take advantage of very affordable rates for the region!

Excellente résidence à 100m de la mer avec de nombreux atouts : gare à 10min à pied, lignes de bus à l'entrée de la résidence, réception à l'écoute des locataires, logement certes un peu vieillot mais propre. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Die Verwaltung war sehr nett, alles wurde gut erklärt.
Das Einzige, was etwas doof war, war dass ein Missverständnis aufgekommen ist und ich die Gebühr (50€) bezahlt habe, obwohl von der Eigentümerin gesagt wurde, dass sie die Reinigungsgebühr zahlt.
