Personnel souriant et au petit soin cadre idéal
J´ai eu le malheur de dire au Chef que ça viande était archi cuite !
On m´à refusé une cuisson bleue sur une entrecôte, car je cite : "la viande de bœuf ne se mange pas bleue ni saignante mais rosé ou bien cuite ou à point !"
J´ai donc refusé de payer mon plat car je ne l´ai pas mangé, ni les morceaux de frites cuites et re-cuites, rechauffées 2/3 fois.... horrible !
Refusant d´admettre son erreur, Mr le Chef a préféré appelé la gendarmerie !
Les bases de la cuisine et du service sont à revoir !
