ROMANESQUE CHAPEL OF OUR LADY OF SARDINIA
Built in the late 12th century, the Romanesque chapel was the parish church of the town until 1720. The single vaulted nave is divided into three sections. The unique nave is divided into three spans. It has a richly decorated sarcophagus of the 4th century which contains the ashes of a young Roman who died on his eighteenth birthday. We also find the th century reliquary buste, made of polychrome wood and gold. It contained a phalanx of the Holy Bishop whose authenticity was confirmed in 1679. The opposite reliquary bust of the same time represents Sainte Victoire, also protective of the village.
