CHÈVRERIE LA FONTAINE DU BRUSQUET
In the heart of Provence, nestled among olive trees and wild plants, Christine Raineri laid all the stones of her goat farm with her husband when she decided to leave an active lifestyle to return to her country roots. Its herd, composed of goats and its harem of bioquettes, allows it to process raw milk traditionally in a traditional way. It produces farmhouse cheeses with Guérande salt without additives but also faisselles, crottins and tomes with the scents of the garrigue. It also prepares a range of natural cosmetic treatments made with raw goat's milk as well as wines, liqueurs and fruit and flower jams harvested on site throughout the seasons. On reservation, it welcomes groups of schoolchildren on discovery tours (30 minutes).
