It was my 40th birthday, and my husband and I knew we wanted to celebrate it with Four Seasons. We arrived from Paris to Nice, to the most heartfelt welcome from Marion! Mukti, the manager, came to introduce us as well. We were surprised when Marion took us to the most wonderful upgraded room. They had a birthday card, sketchbook and a birthday dessert with champagne as well. I was overwhelmed with gratitude and starting tearing up...I've never been treated to such hospitality! Everyone was so kind the rest of the trip. The concierge team remembered my birthday and planned incredible dinners. The day of my birthday, the housekeeping team had balloons and another dessert our the living area...wow! All Four Seasons we've been to are amazing, but this takes the cake and probably forever will :) An unparalleled experience!
