VIGNOBLE DE SAINT JEANNET
These wines are made by spending 3 to 4 months in sun-drenched glass tanks at an altitude of 400 meters. Full of character!
The red wines of the vineyard stay for 3 to 4 months in glass tanks exposed to the sun at an altitude of 400 meters. They will then sleep in barrels up to 4 years for the red Longo Maï, a local wine of the Alpes-Maritimes. Merlot, Mourvèdre, Syrha, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon and Gamay, so many grape varieties for an original vineyard, dried by the Mistral wind, reserving a beautiful gustatory disorientation. The store also offers the excellent olive oil of the Clémandine.
