VIGNOBLE DES HAUTES COLLINES DE LA CÔTE D'AZUR
Georges Rasse, the winemaker, believes in the importance of sunlight in wine production and lets his (organic) wines age for several months in tanks on the cellar's terraces. The result is surprisingly delicious. The estate also offers camping on the farm, with 6 tent pitches in the shade of olive trees and a gypsy caravan. Every year, new labels are created based on the paintings of painter Rémy Rasse, Georges' brother. The colors of the labels reflect the intensity of the vintage. For wine lovers in search of a unique experience, the Vignoble Saint Jeannet - Domaine des Hautes Collines is a must-see when visiting Saint-Jeannet.
