Address with a family and friendly atmosphere, offering traditional cuisine and regional dishes

Thérèse Verdegl has taken over this small vaulted cellar located on the square, where a room extends into a veranda. You go down a few steps to reach the restaurant; rustic decoration, copper on the wall and wooden furniture. In addition to a wide selection of pizzas, salads and fresh pasta, it serves a generous selection of traditional cuisine and regional dishes. Among the mountain specialties of the cellar: the reblochonnade (cheese cooked under the embers) or the clocherade (suspended meats). Home-made desserts and Var wines by the jug. Family and friendly atmosphere.

Cela fait des années que nous y allons et tout était ok.. jusqu'à ce 14 août 2021 ou mon père a fini inanimé après avoir vomi jusqu'à en tomber dans les pommes et être en hypothermie. Il en ressort que c'est une intoxication alimentaire bien carabiné !!! (Du type salmonelloses d'Après le médecin et les analyses) Il a Fini transporté en urgence sur Nice. Et moi mal au ventre et envie de vomir depuis... Voilà ... Grosse frayeur et fin de vacances cahotique....

Très déçue. Pâte à pizza préparee certainement à l'avance (fond) avec un laminoir donc fine, sèche et insipide. Sauce tomate à pizza sortie de la boîte de conserve sans avoir été travaillée. Cuisson brûlée sur les bords et crue au centre. Trop salée. Bref je ne recommande pas. On a voulue essayer, on reviendra pas. Dommage.

Restaurant convivial avec une terrasse en véranda. La tartiflette est excellente, on la déguste les yeux fermés...la tarte aux myrtilles n'est pas mal non plus...service un peu lent si on est pressés...
