A first-rate butcher's shop with the Cuisine Nissarde label and a catering service that is just as good. Thierry Jurion prepares local specialties: ravioli from Nice, Provençal daube, stuffing, ratatouille, chard pie... and many other recipes (sauerkraut, couscous, foie gras...). Also on the premises, a grocery section with a large choice of cheeses (cow's milk cheese and goat's cheese from the valley, sheep's milk cheese and goat's milk cheese from the Hautes-Alpes...) and home-made preserves (in particular its delicious Vesubian terrine and its stockfish).
