Negative: Many things didn’t work as advertised: Jaccuzzi, Shower in the pool area, Fitness machines. In our room, there were many little things such as flickering lights, squeeking doors, very bad wifi, loose doorknobs, loose towels hangers, missing instructions for the safe, missing drawer knobs, etc. All these things could have been fixed with very little effort, even before our arrival, but that didn’t happen and tarnished our experience. Communication with management seemed difficult too. Even though they listened, they didn’t seem to hear us. We asked for the room to be cleaned every other day, but that did only happen if we reminded them daily, not very professional. The food was tasty but too expensive for the tiny portions, nothing for big eaters. An issue with potential food poisoning, where three people including 2 children from two different families became quite sick was very poorly handled by managment. On the day of departure, our bill couldn’t be printed due to a « system update » so that we couldn’t check if everything was correct. We were told that the bill would be sent to us by email immediately, but until now nothing has arrived. Is that even legal?
Pour le petit-déjeuner, il y a des croissants, différents morceaux de baguette, du café, du beurre, ainsi que trois sortes de confiture... tout le reste est en supplément.
Le dîner est de bonne qualité, les portions sont trop petites et trop chères. En ville, on peut faire mieux pour le prix.
Le jacuzzi est hors service, la douche de la piscine pour se doucher les pieds est hors service, les appareils de fitness sont hors service......toutes sortes de 'petites choses' qui ne devraient pourtant pas exister.
Nous avons demandé à ce que nos 2 chambres soient faits chaque 2ième jours, ce qui s'est également avéré difficile... problème de communication... français... italien ?
Le jour du départ, après 10 jours de séjour, la facture n'a pas pu être imprimée. Comment contrôler si le décompte est correct????? On nous a assuré qu'il nous serait envoyé par mail....n'est malheureusement toujours pas arrivé.
Positif... le personnel est extrêmement gentil, prévenant, aimable, toujours prêt à saluer. Absolument rien à dire cotre le personnel!
Gérer un hôtel de manière professionnelle est différent....Nous ne serons malheureusement plus clients de cet hôtel !!!
Das Schwimmbad war sehr schön jedoch der groß auf der Werbetafel stehende Whirlpool, die Fitnessgeräte sowie die Pooldusche waren außer Betrieb.
Es gab ein paar Kommunikationsprobleme: Wir baten drum dass unsere Zimmer jeden zweiten Tag geputzt werden sollten, jedoch stellte sich das als schwierig heraus.
Nebenbei musste man immer aufpassen dass man auf dem gesammten Gelände nicht in Hundekot treten würde.
Der Zustand der Zimmer war bis auf undichte Wasserhäne und ein undichtes Badefenster, was für den Eintritt von unzähligen Ameisen sorgte ok.
Das Personal war Sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und begrüßte einen jedesmal. Daran kann man nichts aussetzen.
Das Hauptproblem liegt in dem Management, als wir am Abreisetag unsere Kritik mitteilten, gab es kein Bisschen Einsicht, und der Drucker konnte die Rechnung auf einmal nicht ausdrucken. Diese sollte in den nächsten Tagen per Mail folgen, was niemals geschah. Dasselbe wurde übrigens Freunden von uns erzählt, welche zur gleichen Zeit da waren.
Als Schluss kann ich nur sagen dass es mir für den schönen Standort und Stil des Hotels leid tut, wegen der misslungenen Geschäftsführung.
1. Siamo ripartiti la mattina presto dopo un soggiorno di 2 notti. Avevamo saldato tutto all’arrivo e gli extra la sera prima della partenza. Al mattino sono stata fermata, in modo non molto cortese da una signora, forse la proprietaria, che non avevo mai visto durante il soggiorno, che mi invitava a fare il check out. Inaccettabile! Forse una migliore comunicazione con il suo staff potrebbe esserle d’aiuto.
2. Il giorno dell’arrivo, accaldati dal lungo viaggio, ci siamo recati in piscina e siamo incappati in alcune feci dei cani dei proprietari che purtroppo abbiamo visto troppo tardi, anche questo molto spiacevole.
Per il resto personale gentile e posto molto bello.
