As its name suggests, this establishment, which was once the village's bakery, is now a grocery bistro. People come to eat simple but well made dishes, and buy if necessary the basic products of the regional cuisine. It is a friendly place in the centre of the village, with a very pleasant atmosphere and a very small terrace.

Belle découverte au détour des ruelles de ce joli village. Petit restaurant dans les ruelles de SAORGE. Couple sympathique, accueil chaleureux et une cuisine bio, local, fraiche. Ne pas hésiter.

We ordered the Razor Clams with Nice Salad and Ravioli with Porcini mushrooms and Stewed pear for desert. It was totally delightful. The menu is short and changes regularly providing a surprise to the regular visitor. Lunch or Dinner here is a must when you visit Saorge.
