The restaurant is the work of the d'Halluin couple, who have a proven track record with a number of fine restaurants on the coast, including the famous Brouette de Grand-Mère in Cannes and the Relais de la Pinède in Mouans-Sartoux. Their cuisine is traditional and authentic, prepared with a selection of local produce. The varied menus are prepared according to the market, and the desserts are all homemade.
