The restaurant is the work of the d'Halluin couple, who have a proven track record with a number of fine restaurants on the coast, including the famous Brouette de Grand-Mère in Cannes and the Relais de la Pinède in Mouans-Sartoux. Their cuisine is traditional and authentic, prepared with a selection of local produce. The varied menus are prepared according to the market, and the desserts are all homemade. And what about the homemade pizzas and Sunday roast pig! All in a magnificent, peaceful setting in the shade of the Grand Saule tree. As a bonus, a warm welcome awaits you.

Ce dimanche 11/12 nous étions 22 personnes. Toute l’équipe a été ravie du service, des repas, Yoann le patron m’a accordé des petites choses et je l’en remercie.

De passage à logis des pins, j'ai bien fait de faire cette petite halte gourmande au " Le grand saule ":belle daube de sanglier avec une sauce divine et champignons frais accompagnée d'une polenta crémeuse avec une touche d'huile de truffe !ne passez pas devant sans vous y arrêter.On vous fera un très bon accueil ,très bon service et prix très abordable .
